TimeOut Chicago LOVES Eleanor!

THEN we got even BETTER NEWS!!!  Our new bff Jason Heidemann of TimeOut Chicago LOVED our CIF show, and included us in his wrap-up review!  Read the awesomeness HERE.

“Kudos to Chicago-based girl group Eleanor who played Friday night at the Playground. These ladies did a fine job constructing scene work that alternated between smart and silly and included Bake-Her, a feminist bakery where they make labia-shaped cakes, an art film at the Siskel called, “The Floor,” and a zombie theater ensemble who overshadows the leading lady. Most impressive was the way these women supported each other and played together so seamlessly. No single ensemble member stood out among this group and that’s probably the highest compliment you can pay an improv troupe.”

So thank you SO MUCH to everyone who came out, and to everyone who’s supported us throughout are 1.5 years on the Chicago Improv Scene.  You guys make us happy in our lady parts!

Hey everyone!  Eleanor is super-duper pumped about our Skybox run with the dashing and hilarious all-man group The General Washingtons.  We have 7 weeks of Saturday shows with these gents, and we need your help to make rent.  Please come check us out.  Every Saturday @ 7:30pm from February 13th-March 27th!  Admission is $12, $10 for students, $8 for SCTC students.

You can go to secondcity.com to purchase tickets in advance, or just show up a little early to the Skybox.  We’d love to have you there!!!
